Kelli Tolocka has been actively involved in the marketing and advertising fields for 10 years and holds an MBA with a marketing emphasis from Pennsylvania State University. Her work background includes advertising agency, national builder, and regional builder experience with experience in active adult marketing from both a developer and builder perspective. Currently, Kelli is the Marketing Manager for Winchester Homes, where she has been actively involved in launching the company’s active adult division. She holds the MIRM (Member of Institute of Residential Marketing), CAASH (Certified Active Adult Specialist in Housing), and CSP (Certified Sales Professional) designations, and serves as a volunteer on both WMSMC’s MAME Committee and the Greater Washington 50+ Housing Council.
