Poplar Run, Montgomery County's new master planned community, will have a full-service 6,000 square foot clubhouse located near the entrance of the community. Winchester Homes has recently commissioned a detailed rendering that would show what amenities would be offered here. The preliminary sketch below shows an excellent viewpoint of the three pools that will be onsite. The pool closest to the clubhouse will be a wade-in recreational pool, the smaller round pool will be for small children and the furtherst one is a competition lap pool.

The clubhouse will also provide a tot lot, volleyball sand court, limited service snack shop, and an open area where residents can enjoy picnics or a pick up game of football. Take a look at the image below and let us know what you think!
