Poplar Run, a new home community in Montgomery County, opens to a crowd

The grand opening of Winchester's newest community, Poplar Run, has finally happened and it was a huge success! The 2 day event drew close to 200 potential homeowners…many who have been waiting for over two years for the opportunity to learn more about this Montgomery County new home development and to buy home at the site of the old Indian Springs Country Club.

On Saturday morning, the doors were opened to a line of people waiting to get more information about Poplar Run. One family had been doing research on the Winchester Homes' website and came prepared to ask many questions. The homebuyer said that they were trying to decide between two different home styles and after talking to the sales team, they were able to finally make up their mind. Other prospects waited in line to talk to the Your Home. Your Way. design team. They spent hours working one on one with clients discussing the various changes that can be made to the floorplans to make their new home truly something special.

Poplar Run will feature a variety of single family homes and townhomes. Prices start from the mid $500's for the single family homes and from mid $300's for the townhomes. Winchester Homes is currently selling the community from the Garrett model in it's nearby Clarksburg Village community. Meetings can also be held at it's corporate office in Bethesda. Sign up on the website to stay up to date with additional events that will be held in the upcoming months.
