New ranch style architecture under development| elevation ideas...

Hello from the "New Product Corner." Our design team is currently working on some new ideas for a ranch inspired style of architecture and would like to hear your ideas on what you like or what else we should consider in our new home designs for Virginia and Maryland?

Please keep in mind these shared images are not meant to be "polished" renderings. We are just starting to brainstorm these ideas and put images together so you can visualize along with us, and hopefully become part of our design process here at Winchester Homes!

Master bedroom should have two large closets. Family room/Great room should be large, include a nice gas fireplace, and be located next to the Kitchen. The house should be prewired for TV/internet.

I like the one story concept with a basement. Can you make the garage have a two way door please.

MBR on the first floor..great! Love to see a bonus room with BA ,upper level..great for grandchildren/TV, Porch in front large enough for several chairs..a place to say howdy to the neighbors and of course a patio with sliding glass or french doors... option to enclose, 2 door garage, prewired house for TV, Internet, alarm, surround sound and installed amps to grow with new tech, motion lights mounted, optional gas fireplace...low maintenance, mounted utility room tub, installed grab bars in tub and shower spaces, optional 36 in. doors. So sorry that we missed the opening, many of these things may have been covered. Sallie

How about a loft with a stair case from kitchen/familyroom with built in bookshelves and outlet for internet connection. Great way to set up your library/office without being alienated from the family. I am waiting to see the final price structures offered on all the properties and a model on site to visit soon.

Love the one-level living! Remove the MB linen closet, shift the door over to provide wall space for a longer dble vanity area & install tub in its place. Option: same kitchen (desk & wall) cabinetry in brkfast area against long wall of Master WIC. Would like to see basement floorplan on website too. Half bath for guests would be best, but don't see where it'd fit in.

I would like a front porch. I am thrilled that a one level house with a basement is an option. Thanks so much!!!

It would be great if the laundry room was in the basement.

I would like to have a powder room (half bath) for guest in one-level home and the second bath room between the two-bedrooms. Single level-house in a wonderful idea.

Angle staircase toward kitchen or straighten it altogether to give room in the mudroom to just fit in a guest 1/2 bathroom and a maybe a tiny bench seating area and give this mudroom/hall one extra ft. for depth. Also to free up more counterspace in the kitchen have two ovens in the island and move the cooktop to set between the sink and pantry.
