Winchester Homes at Shenandoah welcomes its newest homeowners, Dick and Diane. They recently sold their home in Pennsylvania to relocate to Northern Virginia to be closer to their family and grandchildren.

They purchased our Meredyth homestyle and made several changes to their kitchen using the Your Home. Your Way. program. They also designed a beautiful deck off the rear of the home to take advantage of their new lake views.

In their spare time, they enjoy computers, golfing, wineries, and outdoor activities...all things that they will be able to easily take advantage of at their new community!

Shenandoah is located midway between Front Royal and Winchester, Virginia and is approximately 90 miles from DC. The community surrounds 120 acre Lake Frederick and offers a indoor/outdoor pools, fitness center, miles of fitness trails, and a full-time Activities Director.
